Through a tailored strategic and innovative line of thinking, the Management Team is a carefully hand-picked group of seasoned personnel. Their fundamental collective task is to control & monitor the interacting, programming and driving of integrated service delivery. Their responsibilities stretch into the overall managing of day-to-day operational, commercial and technical issues with the support of an administrative team.

2013 marked a more refined approach towards Public-Private development and facilities management in Botswana; further opening new avenues to further enhancing PPSB’s service opportunities.
